How it Works
For Businesses, Education, or Organizations
I will design an interactive workshop specifically for your business, organization, or association that addresses your and your employees’ concerns and needs. My presentation will create outstanding opportunities for teambuilding, personal growth, and professional development and will bring forth renewed feelings of empowerment and confidence.
A further option for working with Connections & Conversations is the on-site Coaching portion of our program. I offer an appropriate, comfortable situation which allows staff members the opportunity for real conversations in which those who need to be heard can be. This is also an excellent setting for dealing with secondary, or vicarious, trauma. Talking over professional or personal issues eases burnout and stress, builds confidence and skills, and leads to a better working and learning atmosphere. We will work out a schedule that allows time for employees to have access to short counseling sessions. Confidentiality is assured and bound by the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Consultant fees for workshop presentations and on-site Coaching are dependent upon the services provided and the length of time for preparation. Expenses and extra or supplementary materials are additional. We can discuss fees once we have a clear idea of what services are required.
For Personal Coaching or Mentoring
You will contact me by e-mail or telephone, and we will set up an initial, complimentary 30-minute session to determine whether we are a match for the coaching/mentoring relationship. Next, we will schedule further sessions to be conducted by on-line chat, telephone, or in person. At the scheduled time, we will have our session. For e-mail counseling, I will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
We will work together to come to agreement on the monthly schedule set-up and fees for personal coaching and mentoring.
